MONUMENT at St MARY'S 

The unveiling of the new monument at St Mary’s Church, Hampstead Road, Handsworth, B20 2RB dedicated to the 35 known Romany Gypsies from the Black Patch Enclave took place on SUNDAY 4th SEPTEMBER 2016.  Before the unveiling there was a service in St Mary’s church, that lasted just over an hour and a quarter. The service was conducted by The Revd Dr Bob Stephen and Bishop Anne, the Bishop of Aston, conducted the dedication. Below are photographs taken in the Church Yard at St Marys where to the left of the main entrance doors the monument has been installed .
